Ambutech's staff is made up of a bank of  NVQ Care Assitants, GMC registered doctors, paramedics, ambulance technicians, registered nurses, patient transport staff, first aiders and first aid trainers.

Most of our staff are currently still employed within the National Health Service or have many years experience within the NHS.

Our company is managed by a registered nurse and registered emergency medical technician with combined medical experience spanning over 30 years.

All staff, including managerial, regularly attend updates to ensure that practice is maintained to the same standard as is currently used within the NHS.

Ambutech is commited to the continuous development of its staff. Staff who have develpoed their skills and their expertise give us the means to continue to comission high quality services.

At the same time staff themselves developing in this role and, perhaps, working towards other roles get greater fulfilment in their work.

Staff are regularly sent on training courses to ensure that they are practising competently and using up to date research to care for people professionally.

In the battle against infection, all staff are insued with Purell alcohol gel pumps.

Due to the nature of our work i.e working with vulnerable people and children, Ambutech perform enhanced criminal record bureau checks before staff commence employment.

Ambulance staff have qualified in emergency blue light training, should the patients condition deteriorate we can transfer them under emergency conditions to the nearest hospital.
